Naseej Consulting
Privacy Policy
How Naseej Consulting collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal information — and how to exercise your privacy rights under U.S. law.
About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Naseej Consulting, Inc. ("Naseej Consulting", "we", "us", or "our"), a U.S.-based company, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our workforce platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
It applies to all users of the Platform, including registered contractors, professionals, companies, and visitors to our public pages. By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read this policy.
Effective date: 22 August 2026. We will notify active users of any material changes before they take effect.
Data controller
Naseej Consulting, Inc. is the business responsible for your personal information under this policy. Where we act as a service provider on behalf of a client organization (for example, to coordinate hiring or workforce deployment), that organization may also bear independent responsibility for the data they provide or direct us to process.
For privacy inquiries, rights requests, and data-protection questions, contact us at [email protected].
Personal information we collect
We collect information in the following categories, depending on how you use the Platform:

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric identifiers) unless you voluntarily provide it as part of your professional profile.
How we collect personal information
- Directly from you. When you create an account, complete your profile, upload documents, book interviews, or contact us.
- Automatically through the Platform. Usage logs, session data, and performance signals collected as you interact with our pages and services.
- From identity providers. If you sign in via a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft), we receive the profile data your provider shares with us under their terms.
- From client organizations. If a company invites you to the Platform, they may supply your contact details to initiate that invitation.
- From publicly available sources. We may verify professional information against publicly available sources where relevant to our compliance or trust-and-safety obligations.
Our commitment to U.S. privacy standards
Naseej Consulting is committed to responsible data practices consistent with U.S. federal and state privacy standards. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to operate the Platform, fulfill our contracts, and comply with legal obligations.
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Purpose limitation. We use personal information only for the purposes described in this policy and do not repurpose it in ways that are incompatible with those purposes.
- Legal compliance. We retain records required by applicable U.S. federal and state law and respond only to lawful requests from authorized government bodies.
- Consent for sensitive uses. Where required by law — for example, non-essential cookies or direct marketing communications — we will obtain your consent and honor its withdrawal at any time.

Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only in the circumstances described below. We do not sell personal information.
- Client organizations. Professionals' platform profiles (excluding private documents such as resumes) may be shared with client companies for the purpose of facilitating hiring or workforce deployment — consistent with the role you have accepted on the Platform.
- Service providers. We engage trusted third-party providers for authentication (Clerk), cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and similar operational services. These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of users, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid request from a competent authority.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users before personal information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Data storage and international transfers
Naseej Consulting is headquartered in the United States, and your personal information is primarily stored and processed on servers located in the U.S. By using the Platform, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
When we engage service providers outside the U.S., or when our global client base means information flows across borders, we take steps to ensure that those transfers are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards and that our service providers maintain security standards consistent with this policy.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter for as long as required or permitted by law.
- Active accounts. Retained for the lifetime of your account plus a reasonable period after closure to support disputes and legal obligations.
- Billing records. Retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically 7 years).
- Usage logs and technical data. Typically retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes, after which they are aggregated or deleted.
- Private documents (resumes, CVs). Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

Cookies and tracking technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep sign-in sessions secure and the Platform functional. We may also collect limited, privacy-conscious usage signals to understand how public pages are performing. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
Children's privacy
The Platform is intended for professionals and business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and notify active users by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
