Contract technical talent

On-demand AI and technical talent on contract

When a project needs AI, data, cloud or security expertise for weeks or months rather than a permanent hire, a contract engagement is usually the fastest route. In the Naseej Consulting Workforce Cloud a company opens a contract or project requisition, sources specialists directly or through approved agencies, reviews explainable matches, and starts an engagement that is invoiced only for hours already approved.

When on-demand specialists make sense

  • A defined piece of work, such as a model evaluation, a data pipeline or a cloud migration, with a clear end.
  • A skill your team needs for a short period but not permanently.
  • Cover for a critical role while a permanent hire is found.
  • A pilot before committing to a larger team, with the option to convert a contractor to a permanent hire.

How it works in the Workforce Cloud

  1. Open a contract or project requisition with the outcome, required skills and evidence, location, dates and budget.
  2. Choose how to source: search the talent network yourself, share the requisition with approved agencies, or both.
  3. Compare candidates with explainable AI talent search, which shows the evidence behind each match and what is missing.
  4. Interview, approve and agree the engagement terms. People make these decisions; the software records them.
  5. Approve hours as the work is done. Naseej Consulting invoices approved hours after they are worked; there is no pre-funding or escrow.

Controls that stay in place

Each engagement has a credit limit of four working weeks at the engagement rate, and time approval stops past that limit or while an invoice is overdue, so exposure is bounded to one billing cycle. Disputed work is not invoiced until it is resolved. Plan prices are published on the pricing page.
