Naseej Consulting, LLC builds the Naseej Consulting Global Workforce Cloud: software that companies and staffing agencies use to plan hiring, find talent, manage engagements and keep workforce decisions with the people accountable for them. The company was founded by Syed Farhan Ahmad.
What we build
The Workforce Cloud brings the steps of global hiring into one record: a structured requisition, talent search that explains why a candidate matches, interviews and approvals, the engagement itself, and the invoices that follow. Companies work in a Company Workspace, staffing and recruiting agencies in the Agency Portal, and professionals in their own Talent workspace.
Artificial intelligence drafts, matches and summarises. It does not hire, publish, activate a provider or charge a customer. Hiring, compliance, pricing, payment and access decisions stay with authorised people, and important actions keep an approval history.
How we charge
Every company can keep a free workspace. Paid plans add seats, requisition capacity and AI credits, and the prices are published on the pricing page. Naseej Consulting holds no escrow and never holds money that belongs to another party: approved work is invoiced after it is done and paid directly through Stripe Checkout.
Free tools for employers
We also publish free calculators for employers, including the Saudi end-of-service and labour calculators in English and Arabic, UK employer cost and redundancy pay, Ontario severance pay and US employee cost. Each one names the official source for its rules.
