To ensure commitment, compliance, and workforce stability, your hospital or clinic must execute a formal recruitment agreement before any physician profiles or resumes are released. The placement fee is $40,000 USD per physician, covering end-to-end recruitment, physician vetting, visa coordination, credentialing, and onboarding support.

We strongly encourage healthcare organizations to employ physicians under a minimum 3-year contract to secure continuity of care and long-term clinical stability. All placements are final and non-refundable, reflecting our focus on serious, long-term partnerships and sustainable physician workforce solutions.
